ABOUT US
The founder: Nadir Jabur is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CLSSMBB) and Mechanical Engineer from Canada with over 15 years of experience in the domain of Continuous Improvement. A passionate Sensei (coach) and teacher in the subject matter, he led numerous complex and strategic initiatives at several companies spanning a variety of industries such as aviation, construction, manufacturing and logistics. In addition, he spearheaded the planning and deployment of operational excellence programs and trained/coached hundreds of lean six sigma students and design thinking practitioners.
Nadir's most recent role was as senior manager of global continuous improvement at an aviation leader employing more than 10k employees.
